- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've typically have mediocre experiences with banks, but opening a new count today was a delightful one. Normally I wouldn't use "delightful" to describe bank visits, but this visit took the cake. I had been looking to change banks, and after being treated rudely at another bank because THEIR system was down (the manager asked what I needed, when I told him he replied "not gunna happen"), I literally randomly ended up in the parking lot of Chase Bank thinking there was a Bank of America there.
